How Can I Link to Preseem from Another System?
Link to Preseem from your billing system or CRM to get immediate access to comprehensive subscriber information and network context.
Anyone with access to the Preseem online application can create links that direct to subscriber details in Preseem.
Configure Link Target Preference
Administrators can control where subscriber links direct users within Preseem:
- Navigate to Settings > User Interface > Inbound Subscriber Link Target
- Choose your preferred destination:
- Customer -> Services - Comprehensive subscriber view with hardware details, connection status, and advanced troubleshooting across all access technologies (recommended)
- Support (Legacy) - Original support workflow
- Default - Routes to Services after January 10, 2026
All users can view this setting; only administrators can change it.

Creating Inbound Links
From any external system or web page, create a link using this URL format:
https://app.preseem.com/r/subscriber/{subscriber_identifier}
where {subscriber_identifier} is the unique ID created by your customer management system and used for the subscriber in Preseem.
Example:
https://app.preseem.com/r/subscriber/CUST-12345
How Link Target Works
When a user clicks a subscriber link:
- If the user is logged into Preseem, they are directed to the subscriber page according to your administrator's link target preference
- If the user is not logged in, they are prompted to log in before being redirected to the subscriber page
The target preference applies to all inbound subscriber links from external systems.
Legacy Behavior
Prior to January 10, 2026, all subscriber links automatically directed to the Support view. Organizations that prefer to maintain this workflow can select "Support (Legacy)" in the Company Settings inbound target preference.
