Link to Preseem from another system to get additional information about subscribers (your customers)
Anyone with access to the Preseem online application can quickly get to a subscriber's Support page in Preseem.
From any other system or web page, you can create a link to access the Preseem Support page for a given subscriber (your customer) using this URL format:
https://app.preseem.com/r/subscriber/{subscriber_identifier}
where the subscriber_identifier is the unique ID used for the subscriber in Preseem.
Opening this link will forward to the support page for the subscriber if the Preseem user is logged in; otherwise it will request the Preseem user to log in before redirecting him or her to the subscriber's support page.
